Pretty Girl

Kennedy had a pretty good weekend. Yesterday she got to hang out at the park and watch her daddy run. After the race we went out to lunch with our friends, Mindy and Robert and then we came home and she got to take a nap on her mommy's chest. After the nap she got to play with daddy while mommy cut the grass to get some exercise and then to bed. This morning we got up and went to church then daddy went on a cleaning rampage while mommy cooked for the week.


She wasn't really into getting her picture taken today. There were lots of smiles when the camera was off though.

Tom's 15K

Yesterday Tom ran a 15K trail run down in Columbia, Tn. He ran this race 2 years ago when we were training for the 1/2 marathon and decided he would like to do it again this year. He didn't train for it as well as he did a couple years ago but he still did a great job.

9.3 miles in 95 minutes. Not bad at all for not really training for it. He said there were some monster hills out there.
