Tom actually came home for the weekend! I really didn't think that he was going to but he didn't have to report back until Wed. morning at 8 and they gave him Tues as a paid travel day so he thought it would be best to just drive home. I am so glad, I really missed him this weekend. Over the weekend I really wasn't feeling the greatest so I kinda just laid around and watched TV. I went out with the dogs a little but it was raining off and on and I just didn't feel like it. I did venture out on Sunday afternoon to the Catholic Book Store to get our nephew Ryan a baptism card and gift. It gave me an excuse to get out of the house and get a little fresh air.

Tom had to go to school on Monday but I actually got up and around and cooked him breakfast when he woke up and then went for a walk and we rented a movie to watch before bed. I actually fell asleep in the first 15 minutes but I watched it today when I got home from work. If you haven't seen the Gran Torino, I totally recommend that you see it!!! It has got to be one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Tom is back off to reserves until Thursday night so I am a bachelorette with the dogs again for a couple of days. I guess it gives me some time to get caught up on the laundry I am behind on! I go to the doctor tomorrow, I am really excited but sad that Tom won't be there with me. I am hoping to hear the heartbeat for the first time at this visit. I was looking around on the internet for a home monitor, but they look like the cheapest on is $50/month so maybe I won't be renting one like I was hoping. Maybe I can find someone that bought one and borrow theirs???? We will see but I am really excited to hear it!
